You appear to be describing a fairly useless dictionary. Although it could
be provided for the purpose of being deliberately humorous such as the Devil's
Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce.
I say useless because words have a
particular set of meanings. Such as the meaning of "blue":
of the color
blue;
low in spirits;
You wish to get creative and assign your own
defintions to "blue" such as:
having three toes
Then by all means, get
creative. But I seriously doubt general society will view your dictionary as
useful for common conversation. While I'm sure the Supremes would allow you a
much broader Copyright protection on such a dictionary, I seriously doubt they
would allow you Copyright protection on providing nothing more then the actual
concise definitions of words.
